<description>My husband is seeing an arc of light in his right eye. He sees the arc to the left of the center of his vision. Its only seen when he blinks his eyes or moves to look back and forth at something fast. If he looks up at the sky and looks right and left really fast he sees the streak of light in his right eye only. His left eye seems to have the same thing but in the lower left area of his vision. His mother has a history of migrains but since the streaks dont go away I&#039;m wondering if there is a type of visual migrain that can be permanent. We had an eye exam and everything turned out good, we are having an MRI dont in a week. Any help would be nice.

Thank you,
